Operating from the cow level through to executive farm leadership, you’ll build strong partnerships across farm teams, managers, and multi-farm owners. By aligning animal health, productivity, technology, and business performance, you’ll help drive success across complex farming operations.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to combine clinical expertise with strategic partnerships.
You’ll work alongside progressive dairy businesses to improve herd performance, strengthen farm systems, support key decisions, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement at a farm business level.
Success in this role comes from building trust, using agri-data to drive outcomes, and helping clients navigate change.
What You’ll Do
· Align herd health strategies with farming business goals.
· Support the adoption of agri-tech and data-driven management practices.
· Facilitate planning and decision-making with leadership and ownership teams.
· Drive continuous improvement, animal welfare, and sustainable farming outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a veterinarian motivated by influencing farming business outcomes as much as animal health outcomes.
You’ll bring:
· The ability to build trust and credibility across a wide range of stakeholders.
· A strong understanding of dairy farming businesses and the factors that drive success.
· Confidence interpreting agri-data and turning insights into action.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and change leadership skills.
· A genuine interest in innovation, technology, and future-focused farming systems.
