We’re now looking for an experienced Clinic Coordinator to help lead the operational success of the clinic and support our team to thrive.

About the Opportunity

As Clinic Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership and operational management of the clinic. Working closely with our veterinary team, you’ll help create a positive, organised, and high-performing environment where both people and pets receive outstanding care and support.

This role offers a great balance of leadership, operations, customer experience, and team coordination. No two days are the same, and your ability to build strong relationships, manage priorities, and support your team will be highly valued.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is organised, people-focused, and confident leading within a busy service environment. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience in team leadership, coordination, or operational management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • The ability to balance competing priorities with professionalism and care
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Commercial awareness and a commitment to clinic success

Experience within veterinary, healthcare, rural retail, or other customer-focused industries would be highly regarded.
