Human Resources Administrator (Fixed Term, Full Time to 30 June 2026)

We’re searching for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team and provide essential coordination support to our People & Culture function.
This fixed-term role (to 30 June 2026) helps our P&C team focus on strategic, future-focused initiatives while you keep the heart of our day to day operations running smoothly. If you love creating order, supporting people, and working in a purpose-driven organisation, this could be your next step.

As our new HR Administrator, you’ll be joining a small team that genuinely cares about people, works at pace, and takes pride in delivering high-quality support to both our clinics and our wider Veterinaryfirst community.
Key Responsibilities

Manage shared People & Culture inboxes, ensuring timely, warm and professional responses

Maintain HR systems and digital filing to keep records accurate and accessible

Support our clinic leaders with recruitment activity including advertising

Assist with payroll documentation and HR reporting to support accuracy and compliance

Keep communications current on SharePoint

Provide administrative support across onboarding, document control and travel coordination
What You’ll Bring

Strong administration experience, ideally with exposure to HR processes

Confidence using Microsoft 365, SharePoint and HR platforms

Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail

A warm, people-first communication style that builds trust across teams
