If you’re ready to grow your career in a team that values curiosity, compassion, and connection, we’d love to hear from you.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling tasks with ease, staying calm under pressure, and meeting deadlines with confidence.
  • You’re curious and keen to learn, with solid computer skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience with animal health products or clinic life is a bonus - but being a great team player is essential.
  • A background or experience in farming is desirable, and knowledge of farming systems or agricultural products will be viewed as a strong advantage.

What You'll Bring

We’re looking for a compassionate, dedicated professional with:

  • New Zealand working rights.
  • A warm, approachable personality that makes both customers and colleagues feel valued and supported.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with your team and clarity for pet parents.
  • Strong administration skills are essential, and familiarity with veterinary services or animal health products is a great bonus.
  • You're tech-savvy, confident using computer systems, and have excellent attention to detail when managing bookings, records, and customer communications.
  • A strong sense of compassion and empathy, treating every patient as if they were your own.
  • A team-first mindset, thriving in a collaborative environment where everyone supports each other.
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset, eager to embrace new skills and advancements in veterinary care.
  • Reliability and professionalism, ensuring your work is consistent, accurate, and of the highest standard.
  • A true commitment to delivering outstanding care that strengthens the bond between pets and their people.
